Wednesday, Feb. 14th: Town Hall
Join us from 12:45 to 1:45 pm in Oregon Convention Center B110-B112 to learn about how to bring SWMS to your institution and meet new colleagues who are interested in supporting women!
Thursday, Feb. 15th: Poster and Meet Up
Visit us in the poster hall at Poster ED44B-2474 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm!
After the poster session, we will be heading to a local restaurant to hang out and eat together from 6:00 to 8:00 pm! Join us at BridgePort Brew Pub, 1313 NW Marshall Street, Portland, OR 97209. The restaurant is about a 7 minute drive/Uber or 25 minute walk from the conference. SWMS will be providing appetizers, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Please RSVP here if you will be attending the meet up. RSVP not required, so you can (and should!) still come if you did not RSVP. Everyone is welcome to come, including anyone who is in the Portland area but not participating in the conference!
