Our major focus is an annual symposium, with invited speakers and attendees from institutions across New England and as far away as Maryland and Maine. We have organized several symposiums, held at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) in 2014, 2016, and 2017, and at MIT in 2015. Now, our symposiums are on the road, taking place in Rhode Island and Maryland. Attendees have included graduate students, postdocs, early-career faculty and tenured faculty, as well as technicians, engineers, government scientists, funding program officers, business owners, and administrators. Be on the lookout for an announcement about our next symposia coming up in 2024!
