Logistics:
We ask that you please arrive at 8:30 am to sign in and get breakfast.
Location: Redfield Auditorium, 45 Water St, Woods Hole, MA 02543
Parking: Limited parking will be available for free in the Challenger, School Street, and Shiverick lots. Please consider carpooling to reduce the number of cars we need to accommodate. A map is available here.
Food: Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and coffee will be provided.
Attire: Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. You do not need to be any more formal than business-casual.
Wifi will be available throughout the day.

Child Policy
Childcare will not be provided, but we welcome young scientists under the age of 2. Additionally, if you would like to bring someone to help you care for your child during the symposium, we may be able to waive their registration fee. Accessibility
The symposium is being hosted in a building with one flight of stairs at the front entrance and a ramp at the side entrance. The auditorium is wheelchair accessible. All participants will be seated during the icebreaker/networking activity.
